Well, looks like trying to update weekly was not the best of ideas. I really do run out of time too easily, especially now that we are beginning to prep for convention season. So, we're going to shoot for every other week, and see what happens.

I've gone ahead and started the Story Time posts. I'll be keeping up with that as often as possible, and several other writers have expressed interested in posting serialized stories. So, keep checking back, and seeing what's new.

Plus, I am sorting picture files for posting in the Gallery section and hope to have it up by the end of next week. Whoo-hoo!!

February 20, 2006:

Wow, seems like a whole new year!! Okay, fans, sorry about the long dry spell here. For all of you who have checked back, looking for updates, I am very sorry things fell off the face of the planet. Between losing my update passwords, the holidays, an EXCEPTIONALLY busy work schedule (working 55-60 hours a week, writing documents), I have really been backlogged on a lot of stuff. But, things have settled a bit, and I have others giving me some ready paws, so we should be back to the weekly update schedule I originally wanted.

You'll notice I've actually altered the opening page, so you don't have to come in and poke around, but can tell whether we've updated right from there!! Neat, huh?? Okay, so I should have done it originally... but it's there now. Let me know if you think it works.
 

Some other news: I'd like to welcome on-board a new member of the SilverFox Staff, Raven DragonKin, a new creative consultant. Raven has been a long time friend and is now a true part of the working staff. I look forward to a long, good working relationship with our new member! Please see our Staff page for details.

SFP has now received confirmation that we have table space at Anthrocon!! Whoo-hoo!! We should have lots of new and good things for your perusal there, and we hope all of our friends and customers will stop by and say hello! It's less than 120 days away now! (Check our Lynx page for a link to AC).

Next, we are adding a new section to our website, for our fan's enjoyment: Story Time. We will be posting some of our best story work, both full stories and episodic tales to keep you on the edge of your seat. Don't worry about bandwidth, we gots plenty....

The Gallery should be up and fully functional by 20 March (one month from now!). We've had to replace the scanner, so it dropped us behind on that too. OOps..

And finally, we are placing a target date for submissions and printing for each of the new books on the opening page. That way, we can get them to the public as quickly as possible. Thanks to our new printing equipment, generously donated by Raven DragonKin, the quality of our publications should be rising CONSIDERABLY. (No more of those crappy black repo lines!! Fully glossy color laser covers! Interior color! Diamonds, gold, caviar!! Okay, maybe not that last bunch. But it'll be a lot better!

Well, we're now up and fully running, and the word is slowly spreading. Tell all your friends!  I attended FurFright over the Halloween weekend, and it was a blast! Thanks to everyone up there, for all the fun!

At last, the difficult pages are done, and we are almost ready. I think the whole place looks pretty good, and hopefully all of you will too.

October 5, 2005:

Well, it's pretty obvious we haven't gotten up yet..*sigh* We're working on it, but real life has intruded and kept me too busy to meet the schedule. Anytime now, though...

October 2, 2005:

We have registered the website, the host is ready, and we are now scrambling on the countdown to make this as complete as possible. Here we go, gang, for our first real site!!

September 30, 2005:

As of today, we are the registered owners of domain "silverfoxpublications.com". Whoo-hoo!

Tomorrow we will be establishing the host at Hare-Link (*cross paws*) and we should be ready to go live on Sunday 2 Oct!!

September 24, 2005:

Well, after a MAJOR crash putting up the holding site, I am beginning to rebuild the main site here. We should still be fully active on October 2, 2005.

September 17, 2005:

We are now one day from the target launch day of the site. Things are still a little behind, so a few elements (Gallery, etc) will NOT be added in the intial launch. I do apologize, and we WILL get everything up as soon as possible.

September 10, 2005:

Well, we have begun! The website construction is well underway, and while it is not complete, it seems that we are going to actually come into the 21st century after all! Stay tuned, more to come!!
